How to get rid of Acne

A healthy body is the key to a healthy skin, so does exercise can help fight acne.

Acne is a chronic inflammatory disorder of the hair follicle and glands produced by oil wherein acne is often generalized as a teenage disease as for adult acne is known to be widespread.

Acne occurs which may be due to result of fluctuating hormones that naturally happens as we mature and grow. A bout of acne is common in prementrual window, even especially when you are stressed out or that you may be using cosmetics. People who are in hot and humid climates tend to have more incidence of acne and as for this an anti-acne diet is required. Make sure that the supplements you are taking does not contain iodine or kelp as this causes acne itself. Increase caloric intake can clog pores and increase inflammation. And never ever attempt to pick at your skin!

For all those signs which have given you ideas to prevent them, it is good if you wash your face using mild soap at least twice a day. You can use a separate face towel and soap. Eating healthy, balanced diet rich in fruits and vegetables is good where oily foods aggravates acne. Thus, eating lots of fish or taking several fish oil supplements can reduce inflammation.
